resource scarcity option
One of the major points of this game is the resource system, however there seems no way to set scarcity of resources when starting a new game? maybe want to make a specific resource be extremely limited so as there are real finds and defence of said resource is paramount ...

well if you are to scuttle a private ship in deep space, then does it make sense to receive the funding back? I would say not, unless, as you say, a construction ship does the scuttling and returns with the resources / value or refuels the private ship so it can return home to scuttle?

given you have very little control over the private sector, would be great to see this broken down into a number of firms ( mining, logistics, leisure etc) which would perhaps allow fine tuning of licenses for ships, usage of materials, and ship designs for specific ...

Highly likely to be out of scope, but Once a resource is collected it would be great to have another level of logistics, where by the raw resources are turned into components /goods / luxury. which themselves are used in construction. one of the things DW has always been better ...

Resource cost
there appears to be a cost associated with each resource on the Resources screen, yet i can't find an explaination in the manual of what this is for. is it the cost to buy for use in construction? how is it calculated ( assuming via supply and demand) is this the same price charged ...

System should only credit you AFTER the ships have been constructed.


That wouldn't help. You can still scuttle the ships after they've been constructed, which amounts to the same exploit.

Also, it's technically not infinite because the private economy does have to pay out of pocket for the ...

Character screen glitch.
Minor.

Often the character animation will not appear at all, or the model will not appear correctly, head and body not attached.

thanks. having found that, maybe:

* Add a "find in Galactopedia" button which opens said page
* A search text field in the galactopedia.


* Planetary Facilities don't have the description as per components. would be nice to see same descriptions there

1) would be great to have a bug report / feature request button in game.

2) a free text field against ship designs - so complex would be nice to add a little more detail about the ships purpose.

3) research item descriptions - stat sheet against each is fine, but i have no idea what and how each ...
