Yesterday I watched Tea Time about this game. What a total bs concerning the reason for the delay. Only 2 flag symbols seems the 'problem'. So what? Steam, show some backbone! After release on july 18 some clever people will change those symbols to the historical flag, for sure. Why ...

The graphics of this mod look good, especially the naval counters. My question, is this mod finished and if so, where to download it.

In june 2023 I have sent Hairog a PM concerning his mod. So far no reply from him.

I can not see the naval counters shaped as a hex, not in any of the sets. Maybe I miss something.

The files I download are each 118 bytes, that can't be right. When I unzip it in dropbox I get the message that the file is damaged. There must be something I am missing or something I am not doing right.
