You guys are probably right.
Of course, the micromanagement would be enormous and the the divisions´effect is consolidated via morale.
But maybe for those who the game is still not complex enough

Wouldn´t it be nice to have the ability to add division leaders to the game?
Those could influence divisions´ behaviour during diceroll and could give the game an additional immersive feeling.
