The Soviet OOB is has increased drastically since last turn. Major Focus here is keeping the OOB down while taking only the most important cities.

Small attacks are made in the North while CPP is recovered.
In the Center, Progress is made to clear out the right flank of Smolensk.
Army Group South is very successful, Kiev is ZOC locked, a healthy bridgehead across the lower Dnepr and territory captured all the way to Krivoi Rig.
