Scenario Starts with Real World Fleets

Could a "real world" fleets start be included in the 1935 start date?

UK 2- Nelsons, 1-Hood, 2-Renown, 5-Revenge, 5-Queen Elizabeth, 2-Courageous, 1 Furious, etc. would make for interesting game play.

In addition, theoretical 1920 starts with US South Dakotas & Lexingtons squaring off against N3 ...

I've been a big fan of RTW2 and am looking forward to RTW3.

How do you become a beta tester for RTW3?
