We encountered a bug where the file hierarchy was not being respected. We're hoping that our next update will address this.

Yes, this issue is not present in the release update for Expanded Battles. It likely broke on accident as part of work on the expansion.

We're preparing an update to release alongside Expanded Battles next week, and so far in various campaign games for 1920 and 1935, we're seeing nations generate with aircraft designs.

So, the difference between last beta and this 53.01 are:
- Updated scenarios 01 and 02:locations and units data
- also, Added New Scenario 004 (in 53.01 it called Teruel, but in 51 beta it was called Ebro)
