I think Placing and adjusting roads to improve or enhance supply is part of the fun of the game.

No Water Access in Open Beta?

Playing Original on open beta v1.21t on Morgana class and not getting any water access once I get next to a body of water. Can anyone help? Am I missing something? Not seeing any build options except ice nodes.
