No update. I’m going to try that new beta that just launched earlier this week on steam and see what happens. I’ll let you know if anything changes later tonight.

DxDiag file attached. Tried with 100% scaling at 4k and 1080P and nothing unfortunately.

DXDiag says all drivers are good with no problems. I'm not sure what info to give you from the Event Log.

"It's never worked" This might have been a good thing to say up front. So you are copying the beta update manually to the game's steam directory? If you are, I would completely delete and reinstall. Before adding any bate update, see if it runs.
