Connection error

I'm currently playing a pbem++ game and got the "please upgrade your game the the lastest version" connexion error. It is due to the new 1.17.01 beta version? My version is 1.17.00

Abandoning colonial positions

In turn#2 with the allies, I moved the French corps from Syria to home land and forgot to replace it by a brit garrison. Does the penalty on French moral + Mussolini getting excited happen every turn if Syria is left empty?

I just got Poland taken at turn 1 in a PBEM game but maybe there has been a change of rule but the Postdam army starts at 7. You need to be very lucky for the move to work. I still managed to win the game with the allies
