I have a couple of Austro-Prussian war scenarios but for TOAW3.

Well cats I've come across another absolutely no-win scenario. Playing Dieppe as the allies allows you to do nothing but wait to get steamrolled by the Germans.

Fire in the East V5.0 is big fun but no po so you have to play solitaire or with an opponent via pbem.

Well cats, I thought I would pony up and give my list of my top ten favorite scenarios for TOAWIV.

4. Operation Roundup 1943
5. Trotsky's War
6. Pacific at War 1941-45
7. Russo-Polish War 1920

It's a scenario for beginners, it is meant to be one sided in order to learn simple gameplay.


I've been playing the version saved with the IV editor and think it is a hoot! Seems to model history well. The German military of 1945 was a far cry from the force that invaded Poland in 1939.

Just wondering if anyone has played this as the German side and obtained a favorable result? I would be very happy to achieve a draw playing this scenario!

Ok, I just tried to download three more files; Austro-Prussian War/The Fourth Republic/Boxer Rebellion1900 and they are all infected with a virus. My anti-virus program lists it as a severe threat and it is Trojan:ScriptWacatac.B!m! Perhaps others can attempt to download the same scenario files and ...

I was looking to get into some TOAW III scenarios to expand my horizons a bit and I've been trying to get some info on which ones have a PO in particular as I tend to play SP. I've seen some references to Shunwick's TOAW III Catalogue which seemed to have a lot of useful info ...

In my experience you need to be very aggressive when playing Market Garden scenario as the allies. So, try to drop right on top of the bridges to secure them as quickly as possible.

Ultimately, I think that most good, well balanced scenarios will provide an historical result, unless one opponent makes silly mistakes. I find the po to be at least competent.

I'm looking for opponent for Korean War scenario and I'm willing to play either side. I can play a turn per day.
