The error is not related a specific mission. Whatever a new mission is created ( Mission Editor UI - button) at the instant the mission is selected (ususally to define it proprieties) the error rise.

Ussually the sim is CMO, not CMANO (I mentioned the sim name wrong...sorry).
Steam does not allow turnoff updates. It´s automatically update.

I did a wrong procedure while I was overiding a Description folder intended to update my database.

The procedure said to unzip the file in this path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command - Modern Operations\DB\ Description s,

but by my fault I copy all contents from the zip ...
