The production data for that gun was changed in 1.02.52. Unfortunately, data changes do not fix existing games, but only impact games started with that data file. So you won't see the improved production until the next game you start.

Because the same problem is on one Youtube PBEM and, honestly, it makes more difficulult to hold germans tank attaks. In Production window this gun is missed too
