New ELO game. Firsteds (Axis) vs HARRIS45 (Allies) This is a rematch.

I know that Allies get no supply in Russia while Russia has not surrendered but once they surrender and allies conquer previous Russian land do allies get supply and income. Did not see this in manual. Thanks.

It appears that if US has not been activated by 1/42 the USSR does not receive NM bonus. Is this correct? Further it appears Persia bonus might be negated. Thanks

HARRIS45 (axis) defeats Pekkavilamoura (allies) who resigns 5/46 as Russia surrenders. Fun game with very good turn rate. We have played several games, and all have been fun.
