Well, in the game you see in the screen I doubt you could take over the Galaxy at this point as the factions are really really strong with lots of research, loads of ships, troops and defenses on important planets, all this while having strong economys as one would expect with a big civilization ...

That looks so epic! I wish my PC could run a 2000 star galaxy. I'm afraid it would catch on fire if I tried :D
