All dropbox download links are dead now. The author hasn't been online for over a year and doesn't reply to DM.

I have the same problem with settings not holding when running without admin privileges. Starting btr.exe as Administrator solved it.

Apparently the 3 window/font related settings are stored in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, where only Administrators have write access to.
