Get the zone's culture name. Then in Table 239 use Group ID column to change that culture's group. For Farmers it is 102, in subculture ID column change to 6 for Guardians. More culture group values can be looked up in Tables 243/248. Subcultures can be looked up in Tables 490/491.

I am trying to work out how to create a new city in a non-city zone, or, use a culture group to change existing city culture... Religious Fanatics ==> Farmers, for example.

Anyone else tried or trying these changes?

Unless there has been a change, only one of an Advisor + Position pair gains the XP for a task... there is no trainee relationship that will earn the unused Leader the skill experience. I posted on this similar Idea long ago.

The militia reposting seems to be also hampered by racial/ culture differences of the militia spawning cities... Even one 'Rifle Militia' might ...

Now that disbanding militia works... What happens to the militia units that get parked at the SHQ?

I don't find any way to deploy or reinforce existing units? So far, they seem to all just sit there idle.

Speaking with another player, the Advisor situation is clear to me now. The NEW advisor position ONLY pops is you have a leader in reserve, since my play style never leaves a reserve person... I never had the opening decision available.

I only recruit or hire someone when I need a certain role ...

I sure wish this was added to the game...

Also, fixing of the Militia Chief tag not being added back to any of the Directors eventually...

Also, the crappy bug, where you dismiss or old age an advisor and never get another open advisor position... My current Game had an advisor die of old age ...

Those are examples of how it should NOT work... to me those seem like poor planning.

The leader that needs to gain experience and skill usage, actually gets neither of those things if the attached leader has the higher skill used. Then the leader with lesser skills would never get the chance to use ...

If this is how it works, then the game is missing out on a very real world natural and valuable organizational tool of management and training of a Mentor - Trainee system...

If both leaders would receive a skill usage and some experience:

Skilled Advisor is attached to a low skill Leader = Mentor ...

Organic Furnace isn't working as expected. I had three organic furnaces be removed on a single turn, while all three were surrounded by several forests (even heavy ones).

I don't have an issue when they chew through all the nearby forests, but, if there are still forests... it shouldn't be removed ...
