Thanks for this thread, I read it with particular interest because I was in the late stages of my own Germany campaign. I don't recall the RN being quite as combustible in my game though.

The French managed to build a Battlecruiser, Aquitaine , in July 1911. Laid down in March 1909. 9" guns as per the Treaty. Doesn't seem that much different to Invincible , presumably being slightly heavier and/or faster has pushed it over the category boundary.

I'm playing as Germany and usually deal with Russia by keeping my main force in Northern Europe, so blockading the way in and out of The Baltic, and being nice to the Japanese so that they can blockade North East Asia.

Saw this on an intelligence report recently. Same German save as previously mentioned. Another AI Italian design. I assume that centre turret is either superimposed or there are some exceptionally fine tolerances at play.
