What factions will be in the initial release of the second armored brigade? Will it be the same initial factions as the AB1?

Are there any plans to add voice lines for different units in AB II, such as when you click a unit, order a unit to do something, when a unit spots something or is engaged, or random radio calls from units in combat like ''we are under heavy fire'' or ''man down'' ect.. . I was playing AB I and ...

I would love something like the current pre-battle system to deploy wires, mines and bunkers, but with more in-depth options.
