New 1.16.03 update for Panzer Corps 2

Anyone else run into this? I'm having to re-download my PC2 into my new pc, and I'm being told I can't download anything past the 1939 module on without the new update, 1.16.03. And yet when I download it and try to apply it, it keeps saying it can't upload it BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE NEW 1.16.03 ...

New 1.16.03 update for Panzer Corps 2

Panzer Corps 2 crashes at end of scenario

Has anyone else been getting this from the Unreal game server? I finished the Antequra turn 23, and after hitting the dbrief button and instead of going to the next scenario, it crashed and the Unreal engine crash report screen popped up. This is what was in the report:
Fatal error!

Unhandled ...
