[NO REPRO / FIXED][1676] De-allocating weapons and plotting course doesn't work

Hi everyone,
After installing build 1676, I haven't been able to de-allocate weapons from a certain target, or to plot course for Tomahawk missiles. It looks like the manual target engagement window has a broken right panel. Can you please help?
