No Answer really??? thought there be help.........

So im having trouble when im clickin turn or save game it will show
(Error do turn procedure! Cannot create file (Directory save game) "deletelog.txt" the process cannot acces the file because it being used by another process)

So any idea?? a way to fix it because i couldn't play the game In the ...
