I'm using v 28.4 scenario 12 (Guadalcanal) playing as Japan.

When I progress turns I don't get any of my available ships. Even if I change the build rate to halt, accelerate, stop, etc, nothing happens and no ships become available at Turk. I usually play on v26 so I'm not used to any of the new ...

I would like to play Guadalcanal and I want to be Japan. Early on I can prolly only do 1 turn every 1-3 days. After about the first 15ish turns I should be able to do a turn every 1-2 days.
