I'm playing the Nationalist and in +-35 turns the AI never used the LR1 Artillery on me, am i the only one ? I find it to be a powerful tool and even if it's in my favor, that's remove difficulty. So i don't know if it's a bug or just that the Republican had not the possibility to do it.
