So What information is there on Steel Panthers Modern War?

The ezgamer ordering site has been down for over a week? Is this game available for purchase or download???

What happened to Steel Panthers The Nam? It was supposed to be released about now, yet all the information for it has suddently dissapeared from the board. What gives?

I have heard you like small unit action. Any other way? I would feel like I was cheating if I bought the computer's equipment for it, but I guess it is the only way.

An SP vet will probably answer this, but when I place my cursor on those spots, the arrival time decreases by a turn. I would assume that they are pre-bombardment positions. Positions designated as bombardment points.
