Navigate to the game's installation and find the file named "Opengl.vmoptions" in the support_files folder. Copy that file and paste it one directory up right next to Napoleon.exe and then rename Opengl.vmoptions to Napoleon.vmoptions. Then start the game up and see if everything is OK. You might ...

Been away from this game, but have the game updated now and seeing that Kalthaniell has put together an ME mod is fantastic. Loved this series of games--though the ending to it all was not a smooth one. Can't wait to see what the Krogan look like.

In fact, I might make my own mod, but set the various races to match a WWII nation. Germany would definitely be insectoid. Soviet would be reptilian. US and UK are harder to depict, but I'm sure there's a race for them as well :)

Interesting idea. You could sort of make this a steampunk progression, using the idea that the Dark Ages never occurred. That would give you 1,000 years of extra development in technology. So, 1941 in that universe would be our 2941. Close enough.
