playing as nationalist. I am getting killed by air and naval attacks on my naples convoys. And thus have no fuel. Can you please give me some tips on what you do to get fuel from the off map sources. should i take the islands in the other island? How do you effectively set caps? etc. thanks

I just noticed in the full campaign game - playing as Nationalist, in 1937 all the fuel supply depots changed to naval fuel - even far inland. anyone else notice and is it a problem? thanks

I think the spanish civil war is ideal for a game and study. There was an earlier game I played, and Im playing this with great enjoyment.

I got the same sort of failure. Same type of screen shot and game would keep on going back to same date during turn. bought it when it came out to support game. had learning curve problem but alittle work on my part learned the many shortcuts offered. now playing a lot and enjoying. recommend to all

I'm making a destination move all follow. But somehow it gets changed to strategic and all start packing. Why is the ai changing my instruction

sorry - i found the ai control for air ops. dont know if it does a god job, but its there so my poll comment is wrong

I bought the game and i dont regret purchasing (because its important to support efforts like this) but at my age etc. it is just too overwhelming. I wish there was a simple basic step by step tutorial and a way for ai to take over elements of the game.

what handicap settings are you using for playing the russian. the zero settings are not enough too many mpp's

having great fun with game. worked strategy(playing difficult level but cut back in union experience) to finally get the french in.
1. got to Potomac and played relentless defense. never tried to advance

Completed game playing CSA with a loss - so theUnion AI must be great! (note i play fast - like speed chess and try to make real moves rather than gamey moves)

looks to me that the union AI is not going to attack New Orleans. This is true of other civil war games - the attack is complicated even for a human player. but this is going to throw the game off. can i suggest that some kind of ai fix - like in decisions or a hard wired event that allows the union ...

thanks - yes i see it on my laptop but my desktop is on the older side and date not there on playable resolution. i may be te only one bt request some improvement in date showing.. everything else fine - game is a good buy!

kind of agree on visuals. im probably the older set here plus desktop a bit old. so have spent time today playing around with settings. also going to try more up to date laptop. however am enjoying game and buy all games they put out
