One other thing, I couldn't go right to the "editors.htm" I had to go to the main sight and navigate from there. Good luck.

No, it's you. I tried it and downloaded the Western Front and a couple other editors. If you need a copy I'll send it to you.

Good Idea! What's the story with Carrier Strike? Also, yes the Icon editor works with Carrier Strike. I've managed to screw up several files. In the hands of an amature I guess......

Grigsby's Western Front

Does anyone know if they came out with an editor for the game? Is there any word of an update/grade? Many questions, guess I'll just wait to see if there are any bites.

There's no Icon for "WOO HOO!" so I'll just ahve to say "THANKS!". I downloaded the editor and it works like a charm! Now for the bad news. I love the fix, ......but..... You have the 244th Sentai flying Ki-100's (an excellent acft, and unit, if there ever was one) but the acft ...

Nice job on the new Pacwar! I noticed in the file after download there was an editor of high quality! Thanks! Which brings me to my question. Some time ago the "Carrier Strike" box/paperwork (and I still have mine!) mentioned an expansion and editor for sale. Did you ever see ...

Hey!
Is there a new Pacific War release? Where do I get it? Does it come with a .pdf manual? I lost my manual with the original. What about Carrier Strike? Anyone know where I can get a manual for that? Do I ask too many questions? YAKK YAKK, YAKK YAKK YAKK?

I understand your concern over the job. But what we've been talking about and asking for is an "option" to fight operational or strategic engagements. For too long, we've fought tooooooooooooooooooo many battles only to commence swearing, "X@%#!" and reassure ourselves, "If I'd ...

<t>For that matter, couldn't you use the WIR engine to resolve land battles as well...just port the units present, supply status, entrenchment level ect. over, and have the theatre "land battle" map updated after each turn is resolved to reflect the PW status after bombardment, air attack, resupply ...

Hey! That's a good idea! What if you used the data from a file in PacWar to generate a scenario to be handled in Carrier strike then took the results of that engagement and reinput the data back to PacWar? That's an idea!

You got me! LOL! But still, as you said, not in DOS. Perhaps someday in the windows environment it will be fulfilled. Something about carrier strike that just sets it aside as THE operational level carrier battles sim. Thanks just the same.
