I checked the OOB and it shows status of DISBAND for turn 13.

My Romanian Rail unit shows up as destroyed on the end of my Turn 14 battle report. However, it is at least 5 friendly hexes away from any enemy unit. Nothing gets near it during the enemy turn, but after running the end of turn a couple times it appears to be some inevitable destruction.
