There is an old game called Panzer General.
It is I belive based on Windows 95. I had it at one time. It was fun but had a crash problem that I never resloved.
This may be a game for Matrix.

Well the download was completed and I installed the game. Hot Dang! The game is butter smooth. I was very pleased. Now to learn how to play it.
