But I would say, the "historic" reasons were that there were simply not enough Tigers to fill up the Panzer Divisions. If you go that way, you must allow only one Panther reg. for each division. Second Front allowed this. Thx anyway.

I really hate it that you cannot put i. e. Tiger tanks in normal panzer divisions. In 1943 (I think) one regiment of each PD become a StuG regiment. Stupid too for this guy, who dosent produce enough StuGs. And this leads me to the next ...
