I have Windows NT with service pack 3 and have only been able to PBEM when the opponet creates the game. Unfortunately I am limited to just playing with people who have Windows 95/98 and who create the game.

Can anyone confirm that the FTP site used to download SPWAW 4.0 is down and if so is there another location to download the patch. Thanks in advance.
