Thanks Jamiam, I thought it would be that, but had to ask ;). It would be a rewrite, even the AI would have to be redone.

RE: How similar is the gameplay whether you're player 1 or 2?

<t> Cool, thanks guys. Does anyone know how it's being planned out or fixed? Is it going to a IGOYGOWEGO style (simultaneous combat resolve)?<br/>
<br/>
Wondering as a tile based war gamer I've seen all the other fixes done and nothing seems to work as well as the WEGO method. You know the old ...

RE: Pathfinding, still pretty bad

<t> Hmm interesting. I loved CC 1 & 2 but stopped at 3 due to the AI pathfinding and the horrible new spotting rules (tanks picking out inf from 300m away when they are prone in wheat fields etc.). Was interested when I found out about Cross of Iron... but looks like I'll wait and see.<br/>

Hull down?

<t>I'm pretty sure about this but the manual says you are hull down if you 'aren't stationary' and in the following locations.<br/>
<br/>
I'm assuming this is meant to be ARE stationary. This also creates the question.. if you move into a Rough hex, are you considered hull down in the next enemies ...
