Dumb editor questions

Overall dumb question: Is the "Scenario Modding and Creation" pdf in the "Manuals" directory the only documentation for the editor?

Specific dumb quesion #1: How do I add a new unit?

(I'm sure I'll have a zillion more questions if I get further into it ...)

Deleting toaw.cfg fixed this temporarily. But then it reverted back. PITA!
