Your .dll might have been corrupted. Check the last modification date for the file, and if it had been modified in the past weeks, you could try grabbing an original version off another computer. You could also try reinstalling windows.

Explain to me why the IS-3s are in the Seelow Assault senario, a HISTORICAL senario. Also explain to me why the frontal turret armor of the IS-3 was reduced by 36%?? For gameplay reasons??

I think they should set breakdown factors according to the vehicle. I mean, a Tiger II is going to break down about 15x as much as a T-34 or Sherman.
