I have removed the steel.prf file. I appear to have the same problem. This appears to be the only scenario that fails.

SPAWAR Scenario 'The Real Thing - 41 (WBW) - Just closes or goes away

When I start 'The Real Thing - 41(WBW)', it plays normally till somwhere around the tenth move. As I approach the town from the south entrance, the game just closes and goes away. The only thing left running is the SPAWAR menu.<br/>
