This sits in the hands of the original game designers. I don't even believe this would be a Matrix decision and I respect and agree with that!

The current game skips will be erased in case of forces ready or a DOW. Still want that?

That's ALL good stuff! So am I correct in saying that the skip settings do not work in PBEM? If they did would that do? Also, tell me more about the VPs to zero issue?

This is an odd dog because in EiANW it is better to surrender early and save your army AND no surrender takes you out of the game. Surrender early and get back into the Polticial Status/VP game because that's what it's all about! That's more difficult to program ...
