How about a beacon that isn't guiding missiles but transmitting the position of the marked enemy. As long as the beacon is operating, hiding is impossible. It could also enhance the hit chance for GMEs....[:D]

I second that. 1 percent for 10 degs heat and keeping the move penalty. Yet I don't support longer reload times.
