Oops.

Case 2 was solved: I wasn't at war with target country. Could use the standard "Do you wish to invade..."-prompt.

1) ... to explain what these numbers are? numbers.jpg Cant find explanation anywhere and its driving me nuts. 2) ... to explain why unit transfer does not succeed and what that 12/100 means. Unit something, capacity something? 500 logistic points route, yet I cant transfer any unit. Needs some hint ...

Nation borders are very difficult to see, so I made small nation border mod primarily for my own use. Solid black borders had the best visibility. Did not use white due to zone borders.
