Why are the PC(Patrol Craft)s gone?

<t>Hi, I'm a newbie just beginning to learn Pacwar.<br/>
I was making a chart on how many ships i've got in the beginning, with 2.2. then yesterday i got 2.3 and counted again to fix my chart.. and found all PCs gone(there were about 100 PCs or more on each side), US & Jap.<br/>
Being so tiny ...
