I use 3 with AE in Windowed mode. AE will open on your main monitor, so whatever you launch for tools just drag over to your other monitors.

I have gotten it to run on larger screens, however it didn't like it very much with many "issues" that it just became less hassle to top out at -pxf2520 -pyf1480 in Windowed mode.

Something you can play around with is the Compatibility tab.
I've found that by going into " Change high DPI settings ...

You could have multiple issues going on.

Not sure where you got the -cloud switch.

-deepColor can help, as can -dd_sw.

Also, if the new laptop has better resolution and/or if you're set up for different display focus (e.g. 125% vs 150%) that can also affect it.

The air unit is located on a ship and a replenishment air unit is within normal range of the ship, the unit will receive planes from the replenishment unit instead of the pool.

I can recommend three solutions.

One change your RAM settings in the batch file,

Two you can clear out the bios battery which involves unplugging the power source, and holding the start button down from a cold startup, or

Three delete the database and start over.

I think you have to be able to dock the TF to unload objects above a certain size, iirc.

or, it the TF is too big to dock, move the ship into its own TF and dock it

Working as designed.

Fatigue/Disruption: Units accumulate extra disruption/fatigue each turn while overstacked.

Supply Usage: Supply draw increases disproportionately.
