Great job!

<r>Guys great job on the development, beta testing, etc and congrats on finally finishing the game. I've been keeping track of the progress every month or two, hopefully some day I'll have time to play KP. The AAR's, Beta Testing and the new Wacht am Rhein site have been invaluable for the promotion ...

Need those front lines..

<t>I don't understand how you can play without displaying the front lines, without them you can't possibly calculate movement costs, as these differ from friendly to enemy controlled hexes. Matthew gave a good explanation, but I'd like to add something. The movement costs always get rounded down ...

TAO3!

<t>Peter, you should have signed up for Beta Testing! The game looks good. BTW, you never told me you play PGII! Have you ever played online or only PBEM? If so what was your ClubSSI/mplayer/zone username? There are still some players that play at the Zone (I also do occassionally), so if you want ...

Freezes, blue screens?

<r>I've played TAO2 uncountable times and have never seen any of this. The TAO2 engine runs impecably, the only problems I've ever seen have been related to other programs (errors from other programs, running out of memory because I had 30 IE windows open, etc). By the way, get your a-- to the TAO2 ...

Elite unit

I'm sure it will be an elite unit, much like Kampfgruppe Peiper in TAO2.

Minor mistake

<t>Tiny mistake, at the end of the big paragraph. Posted before proofreading by accident.<br/>

"given the American will be less likely to use units through this mode of attacks "<br/>

Multiple attacks

<t>The ever present theme of the modifications chosen for late TAO2 versions in regards to multiple attacks surfaced up as I was discussing a game I'm playing with a fellow Blitz veteran. Is Roger going to keep the same rules/interface in TAO3? Current rule being : A unit which suffers a step loss ...

Observations

<t><I wonder how one could ever hope to win this one as the Germans, though ...><br/>
<br/>
The dynamics of the battle itself appear to have changed a bit in relation to TAO2, the German armor has superb supplies compared to the Russian units displayed, with 4 bullet armor the German will really be ...

The Blitz

<r>Joe, more then here, he should be looking at The Blitz, that's where the real discussions about this game occur. We're the only congregation of TAO2 players on the web, the only ladder, the only club and have the only active forum. There are players there that could probably beat Roger at his own ...

TAO2 Editor

<r>Erwin, by any chance do you still have that editor lying around? I used to have it but lost it and now I can't get it as the link in The Wargamer does not work. I've gotten some inspiration at trying to design a TAO2 scenario as of late. If you still have it please email it to me at <EMAIL email ...
