RE: 1000 mile war - liberating the Aleutians

<t> Well done Energisteron!<br/>
<br/>
Unfortunately the AI is not great at offensive action although it depends on the scripts it is using.<br/>
For this scenario it clearly had instructions to conduct one or more amphibious invasions however for some reason the main surface forces were left out ...

Yes, it would definitely agree that the Japanese units could have been better utilised. I haven't looked yet at when they arrive though. It's possible they arrive too late to do more than a swift naval counterattack to surprise Allied shipping ...

RE: 1000 mile war - liberating the Aleutians

<r> Looks like good progress.<br/>
<br/>
Regarding unloading the APA's and AKA's are very useful and important ships.<br/>
Section 6.3.3.3.2 of the manual explains why, however the basics are:<br/>
APA unloads 3000 points per day.<br/>
xAP unloads 250 points per day.<br/>

So the APA ...

<r> Hi Energisteron,<br/>
The game is quite complex and even after years of playing and studying the documentation you'll continue to find things you don't know about.<br/>

Yeah the AP bug is still around, however it was partly fixed - sometimes your AP resets fine, and sometimes it doesn't.

I haven't yet been able to figure out how to reproduce it though :(
