Playing Allies for the first time. Computer announces the Winter War, says USSR at war with Finland. Yet I can neither move units into Finland and in the Politics menu the USSR has no highlighted option for anything. I'm at peace. Peace?? Let me at the Finns! [:@]

I own all the DLC and while I see all past DLC on the campaign menu, don't see an option for US Corp. What am I missing? If it makes a difference, I purchased off Steam.

Thanks Iain. It was the Battle of the Buzura scenario, a standard multiplayer Matrix-supplied scenario. I had received points in the turns previously so I don't think this attempt to starve the german war-beast was part of the design.
