Re: Looking for a game

Hi Rob,

I saw your name pop up the other day and just thought I would say hello. I last attempted WitP in 2021 but may pick up a game again someday. Have you found an opponent yet?

RE: Allied Player for DaBigBabes C Scenario 30 - Hikko Ichiu

<t> Where does one find scenario 30? The website for dababes only seems to have scenarios 28 and 29. I am fine with scenario 28 and your house rules, but do not want to play babes version of scenario 2. The objection is the increase in Japanese pilot experience which makes it very one sided. I am OK ...

Catalina not Buidling

<t> I am playing Da Big Babes C by PBEM. We are in late December 1941 and the PBY-5 Catalina factory in San Diego does not seem to be functioning. I realize that there is a random factor involved, but we are 21 days in with a build rate of 8 per month and none have been produced. Everything seems to ...

RE: anyone played old boardgames?

I bought it when it cam out. I think the preorder price was 275. If there were any scenarios I would not mind playing one.

Are you near Albany. I am in CT.

RE: Camping in the woods.....

I always thought the static squads or equipment were eliminated in the retreat which would have allowed for movement afterwards. Did you have replacements on for the unit?

RE: Calculating Supply Cost?

There is a formula in the manual 15.4. It is maximum load divided by 1000 per plane which flies on offensive mission.

RE: DATABASE UPDATE?

<t> Actually, I may be the culprit after all. My opponent indicated that it started asking about a database update several turns ago and on this past turn he may have inadvertently hit yes. My hard drive crashed a few turns ago and I was required to reinstall Witpae, including the master patch. We ...

RE: DATABASE UPDATE?

<t> I assume that if a change was made to the database it was inadvertent. I am just trying to get back to the database we had before. <br/>
<br/>
I tried it on both of my computers and the db update happened on both. When I loaded a previously sent turn it did not update. So I think that whatever ...

DATABASE UPDATE?

<t> I have been playing a rather slow version of da babes, scenario 28 since January. I received a new turn today and while loading the turn, the message flashed "databases have been updated." Something that I noticed once I was checking on TFs was that the AKs seemed to have only a 66% load. I ...
