RE: General Petrov

<t> I had a different issue/question with the General Petrov scenario. In the board game (at least the first edition) killing Petrov was supposed to be an instant win for the Germans (I remember this because the first time I played with my opponent I won the scenario on my second dice roll--once to ...

Manual for physical version?

I just got my physical copy (wow--fast!), and it didn't include a printed manual. The online store seemed to imply the physical copy came with a manual--did I misunderstand?

RE: Battle Academy for iPad is Released!

I believe an iOS developer/publisher can only give out 100 promo codes, and I don't think Apple's rules/terms allow a publisher to sell those codes.

That said, I do wish the iOS version at least included some expansions for $20.

Do you think he needs to register the dlls? Or maybe it's looking for them in a Windows directory (system or system32)?

RE: Screen Res Question

<r> Whoops, glad I read this thread--I was about to whip out my CC to order, but my laptop (due to cirumstances--aka, wife and kid!--my main gaming machine these days) is another that maxes out at 1440x900 (the res I run at).&nbsp; So I'll hold off until I read about the patch to support other ...

<r> Yes, I believe that's the one.&nbsp; It gets a mention in the Close Combat article on Wikipedia (although I find the article a tad suspect, as they attribute Avalon Hill's Over the Reich and Third Reich development work to Atomic Games), and I found a couple of gamer reviews on Gamespot: &nbsp ...

How about a new civilian verison of CC: Marines? I know there was a modern game released and later pulled from the shelves, but I mean a new Matrix-published CC:M?

Thought I'd give this thread a "bump" since there hasn't been any traffic in over a month. I'm a bit surprised this hasn't gotten a forum section of its own.

RE: Flashpoint Germany v1.03 Update Released!

Here's a question I didn't see addressed in any of the press releases: are 1.02 games compatible with 1.03, or would installing the patch invalidate those games? (I've got a PBEM game going, and at the pace we're doing turns it'll be another 2-3 months before we're done.)

I like Delphi because it is easy and has lots of 3rd party support. Also, if you want to program it like C then you can. You can even throw in assembly language seamlessly if you like. <br/>
