RE: Opinions on the Firefox Browser?

One other bug that annoys me with firefox on XP, is if you open a new tab, the first one always gets the page it's on re-directed somewhere else.

Looking at the economic manipulation, I would say your group is VERY conservative.

RE: What old games should Matrix snap up next

I would be good if they picked up Civil War Generals 3, too. I've no idea how far that got before it was cancelled.

Sierra claimed they were in the prototype stage when they decided to can it.

RE: What's Your worst war movie ever

I have a copy of Gods & Generals. Not worth the money, but sadly I only found out AFTER I had watched it. Though since I can not really remember stuff worth remembering, I think I will have to watch it a second time soon :P

RE: Opinions on the Firefox Browser?

<t> It used to be pressing page-down or page-up key only goes to halfway through the page then it gets stuck in some kind of loop. That has been fixed in the newer version of firefox, but now page-up and page-down keys don't work at all unless i first manualy click on the actual page somewhere with ...

RE: What's Your worst war movie ever

<t> My 2 cents on BlackHack Down. Thumbs down. Had I been a typical viewer I assume I may have thought it worth while. Unfortunately I had done some studying on the case BEFORE the movie came out. Thus I could not help but take notice how many things were edited and changed. Yes the US amry was made ...

I imagine that if the very strong religious theme is not for you, you'll have one of the longest 230 minutes in your life ...

That was quite right...

RE: Opinions on the Firefox Browser?

My only real problem with firefox is that the up and downpage keys tend to always be buged when browsing. Each version they tweak it one way or another and while it fixes one issue, causes another. I guess it just doesn't like my keyboards.

RE: Panzer General Redux

Ok, found my PG 3D Assault CD tonight. Installed it, and didn't even make my first move on the Guderian campaign, and the bloody thing just crashed on me. [:@]

RE: Panzer General Redux

<t> I tried to get PG I to run on XP, but it was a partial success. I had to keep a win 95 box handy. This is ironic, as today and yesterday I was trying to find my PG 3D CDs and I have no idea where they are. The 3D series COULD have been a big success, but throw in the unstability and a few other ...

RE: Sorry OT

<t> I have decided to forgive the Germans, only because were it not for them, Britain would be speaking French right now (so would we all reading this forum right now).<br/>
<br/>
OK, and now for something different. Honestly I do not even know what part of my background is Celtic or not (or if it ...

RE: Sorry OT

<t> BULLSHIT! I will you one thing... My great great great....(x24) grandfather was a Celt. We lived an ok life until those bastard Anglo-Saxons had to come over and invade. Then what happened? Us poor Celts were pushed out towards the sea during the invation. Everything was lost. Now, you may be ...

It shouldn't be faster.... What is probably happening is the IE browser is filled with spyware which could be hogging processes.

<t> For many years I kept Netscape because of its security. Seems just about everyone who made fun of me for using it has had their own shares of infections from browsing, so who is laughing now?<br/>
Anyhow, I ended up getting firefox a year or two ago, and ran it next to Netscape. Eventualy ...

RE: What's Your worst war movie ever

<t> One movie has just sprung to mind... I Forget the name, but it was another silly movie based around a submarine. No, it was not that u-571 abomination.<br/>
<br/>
Lets see, the movie was poorly written, and poorly directed (etc,etc). There were only a couple shots that looked like something a ...

<t> And back off topic again. Looking across my desk I still see Civil War General I and II. The first I bought years ago and never thought anything about it. There was a confederate flag on the cover art and the correct subtitle was Robert E. Lee: 's Civil War General. I see later when they made ...

<t> Boy, getting a little off topic, but at least some action is going on around here.<br/>

My 2 cents, I don't get offended if someone wants to prance around a confederate or swastica flag avatar. But I would start to question their integrity if they start to force its politics upon me.<br ...

RE: Norton Internet Security 2006

<t> I would much rather have a virus on my system, than have norton. I think it was almost 10 years ago now, where Norton anti-virus would use 99% of your cpu, and only let you use 1% for everything else. I doubt much has changed in that time. As mentioned, Norton is probably running just as it ...
