For me it's Valor & Victory (which even has Pacific DLC now).
At least it has a snazzy interface, I cannot bear the Tigers on the Hunt one.
A lot of mechanics get added after the base game in DLCs which some don't realize.
It has a couple of quirks different than SL/ASL that changes the strategies ...
