Anyone ever take Nouma ?

Scen 17 ver AI set on Hard.

My IJN units took Lugnville and Efate, moved the assault force and CVs to Nouma but with all the replacements and unlimited fuel and supplies it seem like a wasted effort

Any thoughts?

Vessel classification

Is there anyway to see a vessel class besides clicking of the name?

I would like to be able to tell with class a ship is (esp the IJN) in order to place them in the correct TF. Some type of abbreviation beside the name would be helpful.

Reading the manual does leave a person a little confused in regards to the effect of the HQ units. I have been playing against the AI trying to get the feel for how the game system works. The comment about the op points for the CVTF does answer why some of my ...

HQs and Operational points.

Greetings:

How close do you need to keep ground unit HQs to thier sub-units specifically the IJA units?

What is the use for Operational points in TF.

Thanks in advance for your replys.
