I believe the change was the different OOB. I uninstalled the game and started over with a fresh install. Now all I have to do is copy it and add H2H

If I recall Balkin Crisis Germany vs Yugoslavia is an interesting one because you only get a few units so you have to be careful about what you buy and if they get killed in a scenario they are gone from the game.

I have downloaded the H2H mod TWICE and both times when I go to unzip it/extract it there are NO files I'm on dial up and it takes me about 2 1/2 hours per attempt. Any advice?
