When I attempt to download upgrades I get the following error msg: Error downloading file. (#99, Line 2).
I clicked on the update icon, the process started and then bombed out, can anyone help me?

I would like to be able to exert greater control over fleets, particularly bombardment fleets. I find it nearly impossible to get them to remain at the bombardment hex after bombardment no matter what options I use. My fleet also switches missions aginst my wishes.

I purchased UV about a month ago and I had to download v2. They went thru an out of stock condition that may have reflected the switch to v2. In any case the download was extremely painless.
